SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, or service disruptions may affect delivery timelines.
Secure Packaging
All orders—especially crystals, gemstones, and mineral products—are professionally and securely packaged using appropriate protective materials such as padding, bubble wrap, foam, and reinforced boxes. Packages are clearly marked with FRAGILE notices to help safeguard contents during transit.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, handling and delivery are outside of our control.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is not offered at this time.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shopmariahrose.com with your name and order number so we can assist.
Shipping Delays, Lost Packages & Carrier Issues
Mariah Rose Boutique is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been accepted by them.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation. We may, at our discretion, provide shipment documentation to assist.
Damaged Shipments
All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.
Crystals, Gems & Minerals
All crystal, gemstone, mineral, specimen, carving, and stone-based products are FINAL SALE, including in the event of shipping damage.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for these items under any circumstances.
At our sole discretion, we may assist customers by providing documentation needed to file a carrier damage claim. Assistance does not constitute an obligation to refund or replace the item.
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and all original packaging must be retained.
Clothing & Accessories
If a clothing or accessory item arrives incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and assist.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Shipping Policy.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
