RETURNS, REFUNDS & FINAL SALE POLICY
By placing an order with Mariah Rose Crystal Boutique, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms outlined below.
Clothing & Accessories — 14-Day Return Policy
Returns are accepted only for clothing and accessories within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition

Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

In original condition with all tags attached

Returned in original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received incorrect.
Crystals, Gems & Minerals — ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the collectible, fragile, and one-of-a-kind nature of natural stone items:
ALL crystals, gemstones, minerals, specimens, carvings, lamps, and stone-based products are FINAL SALE.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or store credit will be issued once an order is placed — including in cases of transit damage, buyer dissatisfaction, or change of mind.
This policy applies regardless of:

Price, size, or weight

Natural inclusions, fissures, fractures, or surface variations

Color differences or aesthetic expectations
Natural characteristics are inherent to stone materials and are not considered defects.
Product Representation & Natural Variations
We make every reasonable effort to accurately photograph and describe our products. However:

Natural stone varies in color, texture, and structure

Lighting conditions and monitor settings may affect appearance
Measurements and weights are provided as approximations unless otherwise stated.
Minor variations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Secure Packaging & Shipping Responsibility
All crystal, gemstone, and mineral items are professionally and securely packaged using appropriate protective materials, which may include foam, padding, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxing. Packages are clearly marked with FRAGILE notices on all sides.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, handling, transit, and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier and are outside of our control.
Damaged Shipments & Carrier Claims
Crystals, Gems & Minerals
All crystal, gemstone, and mineral sales remain FINAL SALE, including in the event of shipping damage.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items under any circumstances.
At our sole discretion, we may assist customers by providing documentation needed to file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier. Assistance does not constitute an obligation to replace or refund the item.
To be eligible for carrier-claim assistance:

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box must be provided

All original packaging materials must be retained
Failure to meet these requirements may result in denial of assistance.
Clothing & Accessories — Incorrect Items Only
If you receive an incorrect clothing or accessory item, contact support@shopmariahrose.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review and resolve the issue.
Sale Items, Custom Orders & Gift Cards
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Mariah Rose Crystal Boutique directly to attempt resolution prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks submitted for items clearly marked FINAL SALE may result in supporting documentation — including product descriptions, photos, delivery confirmation, and policy acknowledgment — being provided to the payment processor.
